Web Site Listing Update Form
ONE FREE UPDATE PER CALENDAR YEAR
GPSWA members are allowed one free website listing update per calendar year. This form allows GPSWA members to submit their request for web site listing changes to the Association.

SUBSEQUENT UPDATES: $20 PER REQUEST
If you are requesting a change to your listing and you've already used your one free update, the subsequent change will cost $20 per request. You will be able to pay through PayPal after you have submitted your request form.
