This week's Featured Vendor Friday is all about one of our favorite local venues: The Living Desert!
The Living Desert offers a setting unlike anywhere in the Coachella Valley! Transport your guests across the globe including early 20th century Africa, the lush gardens of Morocco, the Rocky Mountains of North America and more. Begin your evening with a sunset ceremony at the Chase Reception Garden, home to a modern mix of rich succulents, flourishing cacti, and sculptural waterfall. After the ceremony, as you walk up the path by our model trains your guests are greeted by our zoo animals who stayed up late just for you. Dine and dance under the stars amidst desert breezes and the splendor of palm trees at the stunning, open-air Palm Garden Patio.
Stacey Watson, the special events coordinator for The Living Desert, says what she loves most about weddings is "the 'love is in the air' feeling and helping create a magical day our couples and their guests will never forget!"
Aside from working at the "wildest" venue in our area, Stacey loves that the perfect weather almost 350 days out of the year and she loves to work with allied industry professionals - they are absolutely wonderful to work with!
The Living Desert just celebrated its 45th year anniversary last year and they have over 1200 acres of land, over 450 animals and are also known for their botanical gardens. We love to create ZOO-riffic weddings!
