From Jennifer, their photographer:
"Louie and Mary live in Orange County, but love the majestic views and warmth of the Palm Springs area. They originally planned their ceremony to be lakeside at Mission Hills Country Club. However, at the last minute it was changed to the Grove for an intimate and heartfelt ceremony. Louie and Mary are the type of people that you want to spend every day with. They love life! They adore each other! There’s rarely a moment when they are not smiling, laughing or sharing tears of joy. It’s contagious, which was evident at their reception. It’s always refreshing to see new ideas at a wedding. Whether it is a twist to a traditional element or something completely new that represents the couple. Louie and Mary incorporated a few of these elements. To avoid the clinking of glasses and all attention focused solely on them, they had a task for each table to do if they wanted the couple to kiss. Some tables had to do a dance. Some tables had to sing or do something for another table. It really had all of the guests interacting well and laughing all night. Now, the dreaded wait as they call out tables granting permission to the aromatic and delicious buffet (especially this one!). However, with Louie and Mary, they made each table earn their dinner with a game of ‘hot potato’ followed by ‘Name that Tune’. These two knew how to keep the entertainment rolling and the dance floor full until the very last minute."
