It seems that with wedding hairstyles there is definitely a return to romance. The looks are softer, with more curls, more intricate design with the updos, and more feminine accessories. Girls are being girly again and capitalizing on their femininity for this most romantic of days.
If you are the Bride, start going through magazines, particularly bridal magazines where women have their veils or other accessories similar to what you'll have. Tear out the pages (or Pin them if you're on Pinterest) for looks you like. Be sure to bring your veil with you, if you'll be wearing one so that you can make an accurate decision. It is suggested that you make a consultation appointment with the salon of your choice, or multiple if you want different opinions. You should feel comfortable with the person doing your hair and satisfied that they either gave you the look you were anticipating or created something beyond your imagination. Take pictures during the consultation and bring them with you on your wedding day to remind the stylist of what they did so you will achieve the same look you're hoping for. You can certainly have a consultation with your bridal party too if you like, perhaps even making it an outing to celebrate and spend time together.
