Coachella Valley Catering was established in 2017 by Nicholas Trevino founder and owner. Nicholas has over 15 years experience in the food and beverage business. With that Coachella Valley Catering took on a very seasoned kitchen operating out of The Palms Golf Club. Our average tenured employee is 12 years with our Head Chef Ignacio Talamontes of 15 years. Victor and Anne Silva partnered with Nicholas in January 2018 with over 30 years of experience in the business in various capacities. Coachella Valley Catering is very excited to develop a multi prolonged approach to expand the business throughout the valley and create flavorful and creative dishes for all to enjoy !
